Death of Marianna Żywiczka (1812)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Marianna Żywiczka, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kuczkowo, 1812,

On the 20th of January, 1812, at 3 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Sędzin, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Sędzin, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Wojciech Żywiczka, father of the deceased child, aged 32, a farm owner residing in Kuczkowo, and Grzegorz Słoma, aged 28, a farm owner residing in Kuczkowo, and stated that on the 19th of January, 1812, at 10 a.m., in the village of Kuczkowo, in house #2, Marianna Żywiczka, aged 6 months, died. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
