Death of Marcin Żywiczka (1825)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marcin Żywiczka, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Kuczkowo, No. 10, 1825
This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 8th, of August, 1825, at 10 a.m. before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Sędzin, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Sędzin, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Tomasz Wochna, aged 70, and Grzegorz Słoma, aged 40, both are residing in Kuczkowo, and stated that on the 7th of August, 1825, at 4 a.m., Marcin Żywiczka, aged 2, died. He was the son of Wojciech and Zofia Żywiczka, residents of Kuczkowo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marcin Żywiczka, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
