Death of Józef Żywica (1856)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Józef Żywica, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Sędzin, No. 22, 1856
This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 28th of November, 1856, at 11 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Wojciech Śmigiel, aged 56, and Jakub Janczyński, aged 35, both are farm owners residing in Sędzin, and stated that on the 26th of November, 1856, at 10 a.m., in the village of Sędzin, Józef Żywica, aged 48, died. He was a tenant farmer residing in Sędzin. He was the son of Wojciech and Zofia Żywica and was born in the village of Kuczkowo. He leaves behind his wife Józefa Żywica nee Kujawa. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Józef Żywica, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
