Baptism Piotr Żywiczka (1814)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Piotr Żywiczka, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kuczkowo, 1814

On the 19th of April, 1814, at 10 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Sędzin, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Sędzin, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Province, Wojciech Żywiczka appeared, aged 40, a farm owner residing in Kuczkowo, residing house # 12, and presented Us a male child, born on the 14th of April, 1814, to his lawful wife Zofia Biegała, aged 32. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Piotr. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Franciszek Dziewionski, aged 33, and Andrzej Obiała, aged 32. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
