Baptism of Mateusz Kacprzak (1886)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Mateusz Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wola Bachorna, No. 26, 1886
This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 31st of August/12th of September, 1886, at 4 p.m. Józef Kacprzak appeared, aged 50, a farmer residing in Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Jakób Korzeniewski, aged 50, and Józef Kułpa, aged 40, both are farmers residing in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in Wola Bachorna, on the 24th of August/5th of September, 1886, at 6 a.m., to his lawful wife Franciszka Kacprzak nee Czapska, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Mateusz. The Godparents were: Jan Grzanka and Katarzyna Pawłuszka. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
