Baptism of Jozef Kacprzak (1891)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Józef Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wola Bachorna, No. 17, 1891
This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 27th of February/11th of March, 1891, at 9 a.m. Józef Kacprzak appeared, aged 57, a valet residing in Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Mateusz Wolborski, aged 48, a laborer, and Józef Kułpa, aged 45, a laborer, both residing in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in Wola Bachorna, on the 27th of February/11th of March, 1891, at 5 a.m., to his lawful wife Franciszka Kacprzak nee Czapska, aged 34. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, by Rev. Józef Racinowski, this child was given the name of Józef. The Godparents were: Kacper Kołodziejski and Tekla Kułpa. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
