Baptism of Franciszka Żywiczka (1820)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Franciszka Żywiczka, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kuczkowo, 1820, No. 6

On the 12th of March, 1820, at 8 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Sędzin, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Sędzin, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Wojciech Żywiczka appeared, aged 40, a farm owner residing in Kuczkowo, residing in house # 11, and presented Us a female child, born on the 7th of March, 1820, to his lawful wife Zofia Biegała, aged 36. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Franciszka. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Jacek Kania, aged 42, and Grzegorz Słoma, aged 40, both are farm owners residing in Kuczkowo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
