This is my translation of the Latin language Marriage record of Mateusz Pietrzak and Marianna Grzelak, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Biskupice, No. 21, 1815

On November 20th, 1815, I, Rev. Jan Jaszczewski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, after the banns have been read on three separate Sundays, and no canonical impediment having arisen, with blessing, officiated at the wedding of Mateusz Pietrzak and Marianna Grzelak. The witnesses were: Roch Jankowski, Andrzej Małkowski, and Wojciech Malinowski.
