This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Walenty Pilachowski, from the Radziejów parish.

Radziejów, No. 18, 1871

This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 20th of February/4th of March, 1871, at 5 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Bartłomiej Kardacz, aged 50, and Leon Ścisłek, aged 38, both are laborers residing in Radziejów, stating that on the 19th of February/3rd of March, 1871, at 2 p.m., Walenty Pilachowski, aged 80, died. His parents and place of birth are unknown. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Walenty Pilachowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
