This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Paweł Grzelak, from the Radziejów parish.
Kolonia Opatowice, No. 61, 1853
This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 14th of November, 1853, at 11 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Wincenty Nowakowski, aged 46, and Antoni Banaszkiewicz, aged 37, both are peasant farm owners residing in Kolonia Opatowice, stating that on the 11th of November, 1853, at 10 a.m., Paweł Grzelak, aged 29, died. He was a peasant farm owner in Kolonia Opatowice. He was the son of Jakób and Marianna Grzelak nee Daroszewska. He leaves behind his wife Marianna nee Cichocka and daughters Kunegunda and Tekla, who reside in Kolonia Opatowice. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Paweł Grzelak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
