This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marianna Pilachowska nee Kacprowicz, from the Radziejów parish.

Biskupice, No. 15, 1832

This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 23rd of January, 1832, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Walenty Pilachowski, aged 33, and Józef Małkowski, aged 50, both are farm owners residing in Biskupice, stating that on the 23rd of January, 1832, at 12 a.m., Marianna Pilachowska nee Karczmarek, aged 70, Catholic, died. She was a widow and farm owner residing in Biskupice. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Pilachowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
