This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marianna Grzelak, from the Radziejów parish.
Opatowice, No. 21, 1835
This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 25th of July, 1835, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Jakób Grzelak, aged 50, and Teodor Grzelak, aged 35, both farm owners residing in the village of Opatowice, stating that today at 7 a.m., Marianna Grzelak nee Radaszewska, aged 35, died. She was a farm owners wife residing in Opatowice. She leaves behind her husband Jakób Grzelak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Grzelak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
