Death of Lukasz Pilachowski (1817)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Łukasz Pilachowski, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Biskupice, 1817, No. 2,

On the 11th of January, 1817, before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Radziejów, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Radziejów, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Jan Pilachowski appeared, from Biskupice, the brother of the deceased; along with Kazimierz Małkowski, the neighbor of the deceased; and stated that on the 10th of January, 1817, at 9 p.m., Łukasz Pilachowski, aged 60, a laborer, died in his brother’s home. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
