This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Jan Pilachowski, from the Radziejów parish.

Biskupice, No. 5, 1828

This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 29th of January, 1828, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Walenty Pilachowski, aged 30, a farm owner, and Wojciech Pilachowski, aged 25, a farmhand, both residing in Biskupice, stating that on the 27th of January, 1828, at 4 a.m., Jan Pilachowski, aged 70, Catholic, died. He was a farm owner residing in Biskupice, where he was born. He leaves behind his widow, Marianna nee Karczmarek. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jan Pilachowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
