This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Stanisław Grzelak, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On May 3rd, 1793, I, Rev. Franciszek Kaszowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Stanisław. His parents were Andrzej and Marianna Grzelak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Nowak and Agata Daszkowska.
