This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Petronela Grzelak, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On June 3rd, 1787, I, Rev. Franciszek Kaszowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Petronela. Her parents were Andrzej and Marianna Grzelak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakób Maniak and Magdalena Stanicka.
