Baptism of Marianna Grzelak (1823)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Marianna Grzelak, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Opatowice, 1823, No. 24,

On the 28th of March, 1823, at 3 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Radziejów, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Radziejów, Radziejów County, Mazowiekie Province, Jakób Grzelak appeared, aged 39, a farm owner residing in Opatowice, and presented Us a female child, which was born in his home – house #11, on the 23rd of March, 1823, to his lawful wife Marianna nee Maciejak, aged 23. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Marianna. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Grzegorz Gralik, aged 50, a farm owner, and Feliks Gołębiewski, aged 31, both were residing in Opatowice. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
