This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marcin Grzelak, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Opatowice, 1796, No. 82,

On December 13th, 1796, I, Rev. Norbert Zawichowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Marcin. His parents were Andrzej and Marianna Grzelak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mikołaj Pawłowski and Petronela Kacmarzyk.
