This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Małgorzata Pilachowska, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Biskupice, 1796, No. 43,

On June 5th, 1796, I, Rev. Norbert Zawichowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Małgorzata. Her parents were Jan and Marianna Pisiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wojciech Kozłowski and Jadwiga Pańczyk.
