Baptism of Jozefa Pilachowska (1825)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Józefa Pilachowska, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Biskupice, 1825, No. 10,

On the 15th of February, 1825, at 2 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Radziejów, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Radziejów, Radziejów County, Mazowiekie Province, Walenty Pilachowski appeared, aged 26, a farm owner residing in Biskupice, and presented Us a female child, which was born in his home – house #3, on the 13th of February, 1825, at 11 p.m., to his lawful wife Justyna nee Jąkała, aged 27. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Józefa. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Tomasz Świdiński, aged 28, a farmhand residing in Płowki; and Roch Jankowski, aged 52, a farm owner residing in Biskupice. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
