This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Anna and Józef Pilachowska, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Broniewo, 1796, No. 34,

On June 5th, 1796, I, Rev. Łaszczyński, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infants named Anna and Jóżef. Their parents were Stanisław and Apolonia Pilachowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Kazimierz and Anna Brandys and Jan Gryzyński and Katarzyna Kucharczyk.
