This is my translation of the Latin language Marriage record of Jan Kacprzak and Barbara Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Połajewo, No. 2, 1803

On February 13th, 1803, I, Rev. Bartłomiej Borysławski, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, after the banns have been read on the 2nd and 5th of February, 1803, and no canonical impediment having arisen, with blessing, officiated at the wedding of Jan Kacprzak, single, and Barbara Pietrasiak, single, both from Połajewo. The witnesses were: Wojciech Pietrasiak and Józef Baranowski.
