Death of Krystyna Pietrasiak (1829)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Krystyna Pietrasiak nee Jabłońska, from the Połajewo parish.
Połajewko, No. 26, 1829
This occurred in the village of Poławjewo, on the 7th of November, 1827, at 1 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Szymon Pietrasiak, aged 40, the village mayor, and Szymon Malicki (listed as Galicki), aged 60, a laborer, both residing in Połajewko, and stated that on the 5th of November, 1829, at 7 p.m., Krystyna Pietrasiak nee Jabłońska, aged 62, died. She was a laborer residing in Połajewko. She was the daughter of Piotr and Ewa Jabłoński, born in the village of Połajewo. She leaves behind her husband Łukasz Pietrasiak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Krystyna Pietrasiak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
