This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Zofia Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Połajewo, 1793, No. 15,

On May 15th, 1796, I, Rev. Roch, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, baptized the infant named Zofia. Her parents were Łukasz and Krystyna Pietrasiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Franciszek Gospodarek, from Nożyczyn, and Katarzyna Jabłońska.
