This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Szymon Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On October 31st, 1784, I, Rev. Andrzej Jaroszewski, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, baptized the infant named Szymon. His parents were Wojciech and Małgorzata Pietrasiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Adam, from Ostrówek, and Apolonia Karczmarek, from Połajewo.
