This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józef Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On March 5th, 1797, I, Rev. Bartłomiej Borysławski, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, baptized the infant named Józef. His parents were Wojciech and Małgorzata Pietrasiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Łukasz Pietrasiak and Katarzyna Jabłońska, both from Połajewo.
