This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Franciszka Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On March 11th, 1792, I, Rev. Onufry Łykowski, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszka. Her parents were Wojciech and Marianna Pietrasiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: ? from Połajewek, and Barbara Żuławska, from Połajewo.
