Baptism of Bartlomiej Pietrasiak (1820)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Bartłomiej Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Połajewo, No. 35, 1820

On the 19th of August, 1820, at 10 a.m., the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Połajewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Połajewo, Brześć County, Mazowieckie Province, Jan Pietrasiak appeared, aged 30, a horse-groom residing in the village of Połajewo, and presented Us a male child, which was born in house #2, on the 17th of August, 1820, to his lawful wife Marianna nee Słowińska, aged 26. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Bartłomiej. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Cyprian Głuchowski, aged 26, a forester residing in the village of Połajewo, and Franciszek Rykowski, aged 36, a forester residing in the village of Połajewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
