Połajewo, 1796, No. 2
On May 15th, 1796, I, Rev. Roch Szymański, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, baptized the infant named Zofia. Her were parents Łukasz and Krystyna Pietrasiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Franciszek Gospodarek, from Nożyczyn, and Katarzyna Jablońska.
This record was extracted on the 18th, of September, 1813, in the village of Połajewo.
