This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Faralich, from the Pogódki Parish.

Tomaszewo, 1767,

On April 5th, 1767, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pogódki Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. The parents were: Franciszek and Marianna Faralich, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wojciech Pastwa and Małgorzata Dopek, both from Tomaszewo.
