Marriage of Bernard Kruszyński and Ewa Rzepińska (1833)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Bernard Kruszyński and Ewa Rzepińska, from the Piotrków parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świątniki, No. 25, 1833,

This happened in the town of Piotrków, on the 21st of November, 1833, at 10 a.m. We declare in the presence of: Mateusz Praszak, aged 27, a shepherd, and Ludwik Włodarczyk, aged 40, a laborer, both reside in Świątniki, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Bernard Kruszyński, aged 61, a widower, a laborer residing in Świątniki, his previous wife Kunegunda died on the 28th of November, 1831,

and Ewa Rzepińska, aged 44, a widow, a laborer residing in Świątniki, her previous husband Józef Rzepiński died on 28th of April, 1832.

Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Piotrków parish church, on the 27th of October, the 1st and 8th of November, 1833. No impediment occurred and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
