This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Marianna Pietrasiak, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Wąsewo, No. 15, 1880
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 7th/19th of March, 1880, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Wawrzyniec Kobus, aged 50, and Józef Leonarski, aged 70?, both are peasant farmers residing in the village of Wąsewo, and stated that on the 5th/17th of March, 1880, at 8 p.m., Marianna Pietrasiak, aged 80, died. She was a widow and laborer residing in the village of Wąsewo. Her parents and place of birth are unknown. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Pietrasiak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
