This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Michalina Bielawska, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.

Dębołęka, No. 80, 1887

This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 18th/30th of November, 1887, at 2 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Franciszek Jarlaczyński, aged 47, and Michał Sułkowski, aged 60, both are farmers residing in the village of Dębołęka, and stated that on the 17th/29th of November, 1887, at 4 a.m., in the village of Dębołęka, Michalina Bielawska, aged 35, died. She was a laborer and the widow of Józef Bielawski. She was the daughter of Kacper Nowakowski and his deceased wife whose name is not known and her place of birth is also unknown. She was residing in the village of Dębołęka. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Michalina Bielawska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
