On September 2nd, 1764, I, Rev., Pastor of the Piotrków Parish, baptized the infant named Mateusz. The parents were: Sebastian and Marianna Kolenda, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Bartłomiej Firaza and Anna, a widow.
