This is my translation of the Latin language Death record of Marianna Kitowska, from the Pączewo Parish. NOTE: The entry lists the father as Stanisław Kitowski, but an entry before this record also lists a Marianna, aged 1, as a daughter of Stanisław. I believe the second Marianna Kitowska is the daughter of Jakub.

Pączewo, 1781,

On the 6th of December, 1781, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pączewo Parish, officiated at the funeral of Marianna Kitowska, aged 1. She was the daughter of Jakub Kitowski (listed as Stanisław).
