This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Roch Kitowski, from the Pączewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Pączewo, 1760,

On August 17th, 1760, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pączewo Parish, baptized the infant named Roch. The parents were: Kazimierz and Elżbieta Kitowski (listed as Kita), the legally married couple.
