This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Antonina Franciszka Kitowska, from the Pączewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Pączewo, 1783,

On March 1st, 1783, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pączewo Parish, baptized the infant named Antonina Franciszka. The parents were: Jan and Justyna Kitowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Izydor Rzeniecki and Elżbieta Polakowska, both from Pączewo.
