This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Agnieszka Zelkowska, from the Pączewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On January 3rd, 1773, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pączewo Parish, baptized the infant named Agnieszka. The parents were: Antoni and Justyna Zelkowski (listed as Kowalski), the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Adam Kamiński and Marianna Kot.
