This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Apolonia Imańska, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1831, No. 22

On April 2nd, 1831, Apolonia Imańska, aged 1, died. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Józefa Imański nee Dziadek (NOTE: mothers name is incorrectly listed on the record), the legally married couple. She was buried in the Parish cemetery, on the 30th of March, 1831.
