This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Adam Imański, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1839, No. 51

On October 16th, 1839, Adam Imański, aged 9 months, died. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Józefa Imański nee Dziadek, the legally married couple. He was buried in the Parish cemetery, on the 18th of October, 1839.
