On March 22nd, 1874, I, Rev., Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Wojciech. The child was born on the 18th of March, 1874. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Michalina Imański nee Niedosik, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Jasiński and Marianna Czajkowska.
