This is the Latin language baptismal record of Weronika Imańska, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1812

On February 23rd, 1812, I, Rev., Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Weronika. The child was born on the 23rd of February, 1812. The parents were: Wojciech, aged 22, and Katarzyna Imanowski nee Jędrusiak, aged 17, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szymon Imanowski and Katarzyna Orzechowska, both from the village of Markowice.
