This is the Latin language baptismal record of Walenty Imański, from the Ludzisko Parish.

On January 31st, 1819, I, Rev., Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Walenty. The child was born on the 27th of January, 1819. The parents were: Szymon and Jadwiga Imański, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Łukasz Kwiatkowski and Ewa Ratajska.
