This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Imański, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1840, No. 110

On December 13th, 1840, I, Rev. Osiński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Tomasz. The child was born on the 6th of December, 1840. The parents were: Wojciech and Józefa Imański nee Dobrzyńska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Dobrzyński and Katarzyna Wiśniewska.
