This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tekla Imańska, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1836, No. 13

On March 13th, 1836, I, Rev. Smoliński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Tekla. The child was born on the 4th of March, 1836. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Józefa Imański nee Dziadek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Karol Laskowski and Konstancja Mikulska.
