This is the Latin language baptismal record of Mikołaj Imański, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1813

On December 5th, 1813, I, Rev., Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Mikołaj. The child was born on the 30th of November, 1813. The parents were: Wojciech, aged 23, and Katarzyna Imański nee Jędrusiak, aged 20, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Rudzicki and Marianna Kostecka, both from the village of Markowice.
