This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marianna Imańska, from the Ludzisko Parish.

On July 13th, 1851, I, Rev. Osiński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Marianna. The child was born on the 3rd of July, 1851. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Marianna Imański nee Wasielewska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Marcin Gapiński and Konstancja Mikulska.
