On March 19th, 1873, I, Rev., Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Józefa. The child was born on the 19th of March, 1873. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Michalina Imański nee Niedosik, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stefan Niedosik and Józefa Wypijewska.
