On September 22nd, 1833, I, Rev. Osiński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Franciszka. The child was born on the 18th of September, 1833. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Józefa Imański nee Dziadek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Michał Bartłomiak and Rozalia Polus.
