On August 6th, 1848, I, Rev. Osiński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Bartłomiej. The child was born on the 1st of August, 1848. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Marianna Imański nee Wasielewska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Michał Kwiatkowski and Katarzyna Wiśniewska.
